Oh dear! This place is an absolute disaster. Like many others, I too fell victim to the deceptive pictures presented on Airbnb. However, the reality couldn't be more different. There are numerous areas where the hotel completely misrepresents the actual conditions. I will do my best to provide an accurate understanding of the existing state of affairs. Despite the owner or host appearing pleasant during our conversations, the property itself is quite the opposite.

Hygiene - This establishment lacks even the most basic health and hygiene standards. Upon checking in, we were greeted by vomit on the room floor, worn-out rugs, and filthy linens. Cigarette butts littered the floor, and the entire place reeked of a putrid odor. Layers of dust covered every surface, and despite repeatedly asking the receptionist to clean the room and floor, their efforts were minimal. The bathrooms were left unattended, and the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, as promised. The listing claims to provide a kitchen for guest use, but it is in an appalling state. Empty beer bottles and dirty laundry are strewn about, and the steps leading to the kitchen lack safety railings, posing a potential hazard.

Privacy and Security: The main room doors offer minimal protection, with visible holes that allow anyone to peer inside. The door knobs and locks are flimsy and can easily be manipulated by an average person. To make matters worse, between 11 PM and 1 AM, unidentified individuals enter the premises with liquor bottles in hand. Such security concerns are particularly alarming for travelers with families.

Hotel Staff: The staff members are unhelpful and neglectful of their duties. Requests for service go unanswered, and one must repeatedly ask for their assistance. The room boy, who also serves as the receptionist, can be found sleeping in the reception area until 9 AM, displaying a complete lack of care or professionalism.

I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this place to avoid it at all costs. Prioritize your safety, privacy, and well-being above all else. It is essential to find an alternative that will provide a genuinely pleasant experience.

Ratnakar palace, a very huge palace with 4 rooms ONLY . Each room brings a new vibe with the customer. ROOM 1 doesn't have proper bed and bedsheets , including sanitaryware ROOM 2 has a great view , but lacks with dust , has dust covered all over the room with no cleaning after repeated saying to owner ROOM 3 doesn't have electricity connection ROOM 4 is still under construction and doesn't have TV , proper electricity sockets and even doesn't have a attached bathroom.

The room attendant boy ( aka receptionist) can be found sleeping till 10 AM in morning at the reception area .

This hotel has tie ups with many auto drivers also , who brings passenger to this hotel only and then these people charges around 3 to 4 times the rent . And the auto rickshaw drivers get thier own commission.

This guest house is build on 1st floor , the ground floor is occupied by a cement dealer and cement can be found lying at the guest house staircase also .

It is in a pathetic condition.

The room rent for 1 room for 1 night is around 5000 , which is very high as compared to the services rendered.

Customers are required to bring their cutlery for eating , drinking and then they are also required to wash them by themselves.

If anyone wants to drink water , everytime they has to spend 20-30 rupees for a bottle of water .

Also , some strange people can be found there between 11pm to 8 am with beer bottles in hand .

I sincerely request everyone , to not to stay in this hotel...

On 8th March I along with my family reached the hotel at 8:30 PM as we have booked 3 months before through bookings.com. Also the same day when I called to their hotel representatives it seems phone switched off and I was bit surprised that how come these hotel guys not responding to mail which I sent earlier and phone was getting switched off. But the most surprising thing happend when I show them my booking was made via booking.com mobile application these hotel guy said no booking was made on this hotel??? And they suggested me to arrange another hotel as my booking was not confirmed !!! Also by looking this hotel it seems more a commercial market place as you will be greeted by Cement and IRON shop and in 1st floor the hotel is there. So if you are family please avoid these place and don't relay on them because at any time your booking which you have made earlier get cancelled and may give to other party. And if you reach hotel in late night and by hearing from the hotel that there is no such booking was made then imagine what to do with your family at...
