OYO 36447 Hotel Angel Paradise — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Location is fine but the property is least maintained. When I was checked in they refused to accept the payment done in advance. They strictly told me not to make any payment on the booking app else they won't accept the payment. The rooms are in degraded condition. There are mold stains everywhere on the walls. In many places you can easily see the cement, cobwebs and dirt Gyser was not working and the solar heater they are relying on doesn't heat the water. They even refused to provide breakfast even when it was included in the booking. Staff is never available and intercom doesn't work, infact intercom was not there in one of the rooms. Everytime you need some help you have to go to reception and wait for someone to come there to hear you. Also keys were not available for the room Even after changing the rooms twice there were one and more loopholes were there This stay was the worst nightmare for me. Don't let the name "Paradise" fool you,it's just exactly the opposite it's "Customers Nightmare" Hotel.Worst experience ever in a hotel.The staff is so rude, especially the one managing affairs in the night.Please don't make your trip a nightmare by booking this hotel.I already paid for the hotel online but they denied me the service saying you paid money to the application,ask them,as there are no rooms available but if you pay then I can provide you with rooms.Such a double faced disgusting attitude by the staff.They didn't even respond properly while speaking to the OYO representatives and just shut phone on their face.They left me hanging in the midnight.So...

Horrible experience... No safety for girls don't visit here. least maintained and rooms are in degraded condition. There are mold stains everywhere on the walls. In many places you can easily see the cement, cobwebs and dirt. Even in Washroom pot was in bad condition taps were not properly working... No intercom was in the rooms.. No one on the reception desk... 4 to 5 boys are running this hotel ... They all were drunk 🥴🍺 badly anyhow we managed night there. In the morning when we asked for leave they started misbehaving with us and started fighting. It was nightmare .. Can't explain more kindly check...
