Hotel Aqua Vibes — Hotel in Uttarakhand

The reception guy who told hie name Sagar is very rude. He took our booking and informed charged price of extra mattress for the family suit and informed that if we dont use the same will be refunded. This guy named Sagar at reception during checkout had not refunded any single penny he charged for extra mattress.

After this he is not even aware of the communications being made with the owner and argued with me and asking me to tell the name to whom you have talked to. He himself is not asking other staff but asking me to tell him the name of the staff. After lots of argument he himself called and confirm the same.

Breakfast timing is mentioned from 8 am but during our three days stay Breakfast was not even ready till 9 am. And this reception guy Sagar was arguing that who do Breakfast at 7 am or 8 am.

We were having overall a good experience during our stay but this reception guy had ruined our experience by arguing unnecessary, being unprofessional, not refunded our extra mattress charges and being manipulative.

Thats the reason I am not recommending this hotel to any one. After this review, definitely a reply from property owner will come surely but no solution/conclusion will be made.

Very Bad Experience – Avoid Aqua Vibes

I recently stayed at Aqua Vibes in Rishikesh, lured by the misleadingly positive reviews on Google. My experience was an utter nightmare. Despite paying an outrageously high room rent, my room was unavailable upon arrival, and I had to wait until 2:30 PM to finally get a room.

The room I was given was in an appallingly filthy condition. The customer service was terrible, and the reception staff was rude. After initially refusing my request to change rooms, they finally agreed after a lot of arguing. However, each new room was worse than the last—reeking of foul odors, and infested with cockroaches and insects. There was no intercom, and the TV didn't work.

On top of all this, there were unnecessary hidden charges that made me feel blatantly cheated. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice.
