We had a wonderful stay at this property. Ms. Chukki, the owner, was exceptionally warm and hospitable. She took personal care of every member of our group, including the kids, which made our stay feel very homely.

The property offers a breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga and the surrounding mountains, often veiled in clouds — truly a sight to behold. The food here is excellent, so be sure not to miss the meals.

If possible, opt for the top-floor duplex room. It’s beautifully wooden and aesthetically appealing. The other rooms are decent but not as impressive. A plus point is the availability of multiple rooms, making it ideal for larger groups.

One downside is the location — it’s about 1.5 km from the Mall area and located uphill near St. Paul’s School. Taxi fares range from Rs. 400–500 due to the steep route. However, walking downhill to the Mall is quite manageable if...

I recently spent 2 nights at Jordan home stay with my friends, and our experience was outstanding. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, while the room was immaculately clean and well maintained, comparable to a five-star hotel. What struck us most was the host's friendly nature, making us feel like we'd known them for years, not just met for the first time. And they graciously allowed me to cook myself in their kitchen, which was a lovely touch. On the top of it, the balcony and terrace offer a breathtaking view of the majestic Kanchenjunga, with crystal-clear visibility that will leave you spellbound. Would love to...
