This hotel claims to be a 5 star but the rooms are of a 3 star quality. I have stayed in its deluxe room and there was nothing about it which can differentiate it from a deluxe room of a 3 star. The service and amenities are the worst. The check in and check out timings of the hotel are 2 PM and 11 PM. We reached the hotel at 2:45 PM and they asked us to wait. After waiting for about half an hour, we got to know that our rooms are still not ready. Apparently their housekeeping is so slow that they require more than 3 hours to get the room ready. The room was the most disappointing. No better than a 3 star and even worse if considered the condition of bathroom. The shower was broken, tap didn't work properly. The housekeeping took more than 3 hours but still they provided only one towel, one dental kit, no stirrer for tea/coffee (we have already provided the information of the two persons, including myself, while booking, thus, they knew that there will be two persons in the room). Even after complaining to the reception via intercom regarding missing towel and dental kit, they did nothing. I got fed up and went to the reception in person to personally complain regarding their ineffectiveness. The matter was then resolved. The story doesn't end here. I have called reception half an hour before check out out and asked them to get my check out documents/ formalities ready as I will be in a hurry. Upon reaching reception I was surprised that they had done nothing and had to wait nearly 15 minutes. There are better hotels nearby, both 5 star as well as 3 star, and one can blindly skip this hotel. PS: I had also stayed in other 5 star hotels, and hence, can confidently say that this hotel does does not deserve...

It was horrible and disgusting experience I ever get.I checked in late around 5pm on 19th June 2022 and informed the hotel people that I am going to celebrate my friends birthday party ,so I am expecting few guests & after dinner and cake cutting they will leave. From hotel they didnot inform us regarding the entry or exit time during check in.after 7pm they stated calling us in informing that guests are allowed only till 0730pm. We only had two couples as guests. .after some time other person came & said till 9 pm guests are allowed. We request them to give atleast few hours till we cut the cake at 12am. After requesting also hotel person came in my room with security staff and asked my guests to leave . It was very Insulting and disappointing in hospitality . I was very upset & had arguments also.but from the hotel I did not get any response.they did not even bother to say sorry.i check out in the evening then & there. but no body came and said sorry or No one tried to do service recovery . As a guest it was super Insulting. They spoiled my friend's birthday. We left the hotel and wanted to get refund as we didn't stay only. But hotel people denied for the same.the behavior of the staff and manager were annoying. I have made the booking from MMT . They also not so helpful. I am very disappointed with mmt and the hotel . So suggest people to book hotel where u get atleast basic response and respect. After paying so much money I think I don't deserve what I got that day. Waste of money and time.
