Flagship Rannar Service Apartment — Hotel in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

I recently stayed in this apartment and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. Despite the promise of a comfortable and convenient stay, I found the apartment to be lacking in many ways.

Firstly, the owner/front-desk asked for an extra 40% upfront, which was not mentioned during the booking process via Goibibo. I had to pay this additional amount via g-pay, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

Secondly, the water quality in the apartment was extremely poor one day. The water was discolored and had a foul odor, which made it difficult to use for basic activities like showering and brushing teeth. This was very concerning, however the owner corrected it by eod

Thirdly, nobody from the room-service cleaned the room during my 6-day stay. This lack of basic housekeeping services was very disappointing and made my stay uncomfortable.

What's worse is that they did not give me a receipt for the additional amount paid, hence I didn't get refund from Goibibo for the extra amount paid..

Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The additional upfront payment, poor water quality, lack of housekeeping services made my stay...

I booked this one after the non availability of rooms in J2 service apartments. I have pre occupied the dates and blocked the room but as per them the check in will be at 12.00 PM. I have highlighted this to OYO and they said i can go there and use it at any time. Keeping in mind i went there and the guys there said the rooms will be available after 12 and currently nothing is available for our purpose. I requested them to provide a lobby or at least some space to keep my mother and baby for rest but they didn't allow us. I wont suggest this to anyone rather these types of narrow minded people should be moved from the property. Imagine in the scorching heat how should i ask my mother and kid to wait inside the vehicle. Worst performance and worst attitude....

DO NOT BOOK this place looking at the prices on oyo, they will always charge you extra after you reach the hotel. And especially nowadays, any hotel that is linked with oyo is charging extra than the oyo price, so unless ur booking a proper oyo hotel, or one of the townhouses, quit using oyo. And do not come to rannar service apartment for sure cause the maintenance is pretty low for the extra...
