I've gotten Keratin treatment done to my hair recently, and the amount of care and patience with which they have done it is commendable. I had gone on a great day for Keratin since there was a flat rate offer going on that day. The pre treatment consultation made sure that my hair's history was understood thoroughly, which helped them decide on the precise amount of protein and heating during the treatment. As the treatment is usually a long procedure, the entire team made sure that I was entertained and fed(a hot chocolate and a coffee) through out the wait period, along with making sure I was comfortable all along. The team was extremely jovial and so I had a gala time socialising and enjoying the process. Self care at its best, isn't it! I was also asked if i was okay with a reel being made of the transformation and we had fun doing that as well. They made sure they made me comfortable with that as well and didn't ask for too much during it too. The treatment itself was very patiently and very well done as said before.
