One of the worst outlets in town. I have been to so many outlets around India and abroad but this seems to be the worst experience ever. They said Wednesday offer and when we went they said no stock if you want we have to wait for 45 mins.. Well then they agreed and this is f4om order number 29115 on 14th Feb 2024. They took money for 10 piece bucket hot and crispy and made us wait for 30 mins post that they gave it but I had a doubt they gave the wrong parcelled when I asked they said it's correct . We came home and opened they gave us the wrong strips of chicken instead of 10 piece bucket. We immediately went back and they took time to replace which was wrongly cooked they said no zinger burger n then they took our strips and gave something called longer. When we asked fir pop corn they said they don't have but we saw the packets and when we showed they slowly open the frozen ones and cooked it. After all finally they gave us a torn carry bad n charged us on that..which again we had to argue and take a fresh one. Please management and public look into the kins of people your hiring when we ask they scrtch their head and show attitude it's a international firm hiring such staff will loose your reputation. And public watch out always check before you take home..The quality was so bad unlike the regular days. I would say save money avoid this branch and eat healthy and stay...

I had placed a takeaway order and was billed for 2 Tandoori Dips, but after reaching home, I found only one was packed. Tried contacting the customer care number — it kept me on queue mode with no real response.
Later, a branch executive did contact me and assured that I would receive the missing dip on my next billing by quoting the bill number. I trusted her words — but now she's completely unresponsive.
Honestly, I’m not chasing this for the dip anymore. But why such poor handling? Whoever is validating and placing the check mark on packed items is careless and inefficient.
This isn’t the first time — even on Zomato orders, KFC has messed up dips or given the wrong variant. That's exactly why I tried pickup this time — but clearly, even that doesn't help.
