Worst experience! I used to order from these guys before and the biryani was always good, quantity wise it was great. So today we decided to dine in and first ordered chicken biryani, 1.) taste 2/5 not sure if they changed the chef (Waiter informed me about this) but it was horrible, they served with chicken Neck piece (who servers biryani with Neck piece?) 2.) Quantity: Not even half of what they give in parcels. I understand generally restaurants add a little more for the parcels but this is soo wrong, it was not even half compared to the parcels. (Tricking you to order more food- Integrity is very important, you have come soo far and don't loose people's trust now.

So then we ordered Mutton Biryani, Taste wise: Yucky! And same quantity. Pieces were dry.

By far this is the worst experience I've had with Salem RR. If you want their food, just order it so you won't get disappointed as I did but their taste is not as it...

I recently purchased a Chicken 65 Biryani from your Kolathur branch. While the full portion of Chicken 65 was brought from the kitchen to the packing area, the person handling the packing only included 4 pieces in the biryani. It appears the remaining pieces were deliberately withheld.

Additionally, I asked for bread halwa, but there was no response from either the packing staff or the server. After some time, they informed me that it was out of stock, which should have been communicated earlier.

Moreover, the quantity of onion raita provided with the parcel was very low.
