Saya penikmat setia Richeese garis keras, sampe 2x hamil pun ngidam nya makan richeese. Tp plis banget kenapa sekarang semua outlet richeese kacau balau. Jelas ini kekurangan men power, karena ga ada OB yg bebersih floor dll, semua kotor, jorok, alat-alat kelengkapan pelanggan banyak yang ga berfungsi !! Pelayanan juga banyak miskom, pesen apa yg dibikin apa. Koordinasi sangat buruk antar pegawai ! (KHUSUS NYA COWO YG PAKE KEMEJA HITAM BERDASI, ENTAHLAH POSISI DIA APA TAPI PELAYANAN NYA WORST!! SUARA TIDAK TERDENGAR JELAS, EKSPRESI MUKA GA RAMAH, CARA HANDLE CUST TERKESAN MEREMEHKAN, DAN BETUL SAJA BEBERAPA MENU YANG DI PESAN TIDAK SESUAI!!)

Ngejar apa sih?? Omset doang?? Tp pelayanan & kebersihan makin sini makin minus. Sayang banget brand yg dirintis dr NOL sampe sebesar ini sekarang FLOOPS !!!

This place is quite big and easy to find. It also provide smoking area in the second floor, so non-smokers won't bothered by any cigarettes-waste. The service is good, there are three or four cashier available so the line won't be too long, the restroom is neat, the food is exactly the same as the other richeese's outlet, and the parking lot is...

I usually order chicken combo fire chicken with dine-out option. It's the best option possible rather than any other configuration. On the other day, I tried order burger for pick-up via Grab and it turned out the waitresses didn't prepare anything at all, making me wait another 16 minutes of food which they should have prepared during on my way...
