PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY - MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE!

When is the last site this of this hotel and check for the condition?

The check in process was slow - I don’t blame the staff infact the staff was super nice. Ayu especially super nice.

She was heavily pregnant but still very helpful. However there are no other staff but there are like 7 trainees Who is not well trained!

The room was not ready at 3 pm! I was terribly tired because of the flight but Because I feel sad looking at the situation of front office - and I comeback later after 9 pm When I arrived to the hotel by 9 pm, the duty person was asking my name twice while I told him I have checked in but the room was not ready and point to my bags which was left behind the counter - extremely confused what happened here!

When I reach the room, it was terrible

No specific view except of a a balcony which is facing a wall while wall! (Check photo)

No other toiletries as what the confirmation letter said by Trip.com except for soap toothbrush the rest is nothing more (Check photo)

The bottom cabinet was rotten and open (Check photo)

The hairdryer was not in the room (Check photo)

The body wash and shampoo area was discolored and rusty (Check photo)

The mirror was smudged (Check photo)

food tray was not cleared for hours and got smelly (Check photo)

To get a late checkout was hard enough the guy asked to call again at 9 am the next morning!

Hi we did booking for 3 night stay in simple superior room before aprox 45 days erlier from our check in date.once we were there for check in at 8.30 pm they provide us the room which has 2 single bed . We are cpl with 6 yr daughter so i approch receptionist and request them to provide me the room which i booked but theysaid there is no room aviabe after long argue with themthe assistant dutymanger cme and offer me a room with king size bed .but the problem start again once we change the room we found tht in that room wardrode door is missing and wshbsin is broken then we ask again theat mNger that wht is this going on then he promise to upgrade our room for last 2 days so we wrer agree and after that we went to went to had dinner in the resturant and we specialy requested them to bring vegetarian food but still they served shrimp paste in that after gets 1st spoon we felt thy smell is not vegetarian then we ask that staff and asked still she said its vegetarian after tht i told her tHt i will send this to laboratory to checked is it vegetarian or not then only she accept that there is shrimp paste inside

Just imagine how they treat to their guest Will not recomanded to ramada sunset kuta...
