Made House — Hotel in Denpasar Selatan

Amazing place with good staff and services, a bit noisy but definetely recommended for a quiet holiday in Bali

Good:

A quiet place to recharge and relax, more a solo traveller rather than meeting many people. There is a dog and a chicken running freely in the reception area

Location as is near Sanur harbour, it’s between the police station and hospital (so you are safe), nearby there are supermarkets, a bakery, many currency exchange shops

) Big bed space to sleep and place your items, there are: hangers -light -socket -blanket -towel provided

) toilet and shower inside the room, so no need to go outside or have long waiting, it comes provided with: -shower gel -shampoo -hangers

Small locker inside the room, great to have it at hand, for the big luggage a large locker is provided in the reception area

Good wifi, strong and reliable signal

There is a pool near the reception, can be use for free

Helpful, polite, available staff working at the property

Negative:

Location is good, but can be a bit noisy as is near a main road

Not having a large luggage storage inside the room, but you always need to get downstairs near reception to get your things

If you do not like free walking pets around, well, not sure if is for you. I love see them being free and enjoy guests...

I stayed one night in the dormitory at Made House, and it was a pleasant and budget-friendly experience. The room and beds were clean and comfortable, complete with blankets. The bathroom was also clean, and they provided free towels, soap, and shampoo. There’s free self-service coffee and even a small selection of books to pass the time. Each guest gets two lockers—one small and one large enough for a backpack. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The location is great—close to the beach, convenience stores, Domino’s Pizza, KFC, and even a liquor shop. The only downsides are that there’s no free drinking water provided and no shared kitchen available. Still, for the price, it’s a cozy and convenient stay for...

I had a nice stay here, the owner is helfpul and responds quickly. I wanted to rent a scooter and they made sure it was already there the evening that I arrived so that I could leave early the next morning. I payed 75 k for this without a full tank. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and looks nice. There is a small pool downstairs next to the reception. You get a big locker downstairs and a small one in the room itself. A shelf or a few more hooks in the bed bunker or on the walls would be nice to leave your phone on while charging...
