Ask for receipt ... There is a sign hidden behind one of the promotional stands next to the cashier that says "if you don't get receipt, your drink is free" ... I didn't understand it, but when we ordered the woman did not give us a receipt, and I also notes that nothing showed on POS machine (no price for our order, although she did push a few button s on it and made some noise as if writting up the order) so when I asked for a receipt, she actually did write up the order and the POS machine showed our order total!

Not to sound suspicious, but it seems that some of the staff does not write up the orders, and pocket the money for...

I went there and ordered a frozen strawberry drink. It came in a PLASTIC cup with a PLASTIC 'dome' even the PLASTIC straw was wrapped in a PLASTIC wrapper. The drink took me 10 minutes to finish but the PLASTIC will remain on earth for thousands of years!! Bali is one of the most PLASTIC polluted places in the world yet dunkin donuts thinks it's OK to add more PLASTIC to the environment. This place was awesome however it’s about a 10 minute walk from the ferry port you’ll have to fight your way through a bunch of taxi drivers asking if you want to Scooty ride just tell them you want to go to Manhattan New York and I’ll have a good laugh with you.
