Splash Bakery — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

I placed an order in the morning for 6 pies. Arrived at 2pm as I had arranged and there was nothing there for us except one pie. Was asked if we can wanted frozen or if we wanted to eat cold? As a long term customer of splash bakery, I can't express how truly disappointed with them I am. I have not posted reviews on my last two visits, hoping things would improve.
