Worst experience, will never go back.

Have gone to the sportsbar a few times to watch Formula One races, the experience from the waitress overall were never satisfying but at least could be neglected (though not tolerable). But last night was my worst experience in that place. We booked a seat for an F1 race from days before to secure a place for good view but thru telephone, the waitress told us we couldnt pick the seat and just see later at the place.

With such explanation, we came an hour earlier before the race started hoping we could pick the seat available (since it seems no one’s allowed to pick places via telephone booking, right? bcs I was not allowed)

Came there, the place was still quiet and from all the seats, only three were already occupied with customers, we were given the seating not so good it didnt even face the big screen. We then NEGOTIATE kindly and with MANNER if we could get another seat in the back with no reservation tag (that at least face the big screen) but the waitress wearing black tshirt said the seats are all booked, we said we DID the booking too and we came early, seats were still vacant with no customer on it and again, no one could pick seats thru phone right?!!! So I assume at least we can negotiate if we came early.

Then the black tee waitress said she would check first and the next thing we knew, there was the middle aged lady in red tshirt (I guess the senior waitress or the person in charge) asked us “KENAPA???!!!” in a high tone and a very unpleasant face. We again kindly told her we were asking to switch to a seat with better sight, there she answered we couldnt, she said “NGGA BISA!” Yes, you read it in capslock cause she YELLED at us, THE CUSTOMERS.

But still we negotiate if there’s a way out bcs we have booked and came earlier than anyone. With rage burning in her, she walked past us and RUDELY gave the seating and we said thankyou. While we were in our seat, we could hear her talking LOUDLY to her team about us and they looked at us while talking.

It seemed like she wanted to make a scene but lucky her we did not budge to that bad attitude at the time. One thing for sure, that was the most HOSTILE service a customer should face and we are making sure that was the last time we went there. And for the ladies, especially the local ones, better you go to another place because there are PLENTY OTHER BARS WITH MUCH...

I've just been at your bar together with my wife and 14 year old daughter from Holland because she is here on a holiday and wanted to enjoy a "broodje kroket" before returning to Holland tomorrow. As newcomers we had no idea that every Friday between 5 and 6 pm there is this crazy game called pressure hour. Nobody told us about it until the moment we wanted to leave the place just before 5 because we finished our food. We were all of a sudden informed about the so called rules of engagement and we were told that it would not be wise to go because that would at the same mean this so called game of unlimited drinking has to come to an end. Because my daughter didn't feel like witnessing all kinds of drunk people in that hour and also because I will not be intimidated by anyone, we decided to pay and leave. What happened after that can best be described as an attempt to have a lynch party. People inside the bar were yelling and screaming and physically trying to stop us from walking out the door. I can say this was one of the most frightening and intimidating moment in my life. I was also scared what effect this would have on my 14 year old daughter. As I'm writing this I can still feel the adrenaline pumping through my body. This is one crazy place where I will never set one foot inside again. In Holland something like this would not even be allowed where you are intimidated, threatened and forced to do something against your free will. VIBE: Was Good, Four different bars vibe at one Place. Classic Pub , Sport Bar, live Music Joint and Yppie Bar.

FOOD: Pizza was GOOD but the size could been bigger.

Chicken Wings was below an AVERAGE, they could added more an international Flavors such as the Buffalo, Sweet Chili and etc.

Smoked Salmon Salad was GREAT 👍

It would be great too if they could consider adding Grill Salmon as main course dish to their menu.

The non smoking tables could been more better isolated at the restaurant.

DRINKS: Great Selection 👍 if you heading there for drinks and some fun, you can’t go wrong.

SERVICE: Could been better. Didn’t get any condiments with the food, even the chicken wing was serve without a dip 👎

Requested for Tabasco, received a bottle which was almost empty. Asked for another bottle, unfortunately the were running out of Tabasco and no alternative was offer by the staff.
