Sushi GO MKG — Restaurant in Jakarta

What a really bad service. We have to wait too long even for the promotion on monday. But they Said wait for 20-30 minutes to Prepare the food. But after waiting for 31 minutes, the food still Didnt coming. Then i asked the staff, and they took the order list, to follow Up . And how come when we saw that other customer who sat beside us their food already served first Than us and i saw their order list time taken 20 minutes after our order list. How do you feel when you see other customer who come 20 minutes after you but they can eat first than you??? I took the photo and it showed the time. So disappointed. Hopefully , this won't happen to you Guys . The total time we waited 1 hour of queing and 50 minutes of waiting the food. After they served our food, Then they give us the complimentary ice cream . But still feel not fair Because of they served other people who coming 20...

I hate to saying this the staff named dani told me to eat in "AW aja , lama ordernya sambil menunjuk kearah saya " because i see the menu little longer since i forgot the name. We ask them to change the waiters on our table since we feel uncomfortable. We told the spv and other staff until three Times if i dont want dani to serving our order but they keep trying so we could forgive him,even i don't want too. Sushi go kelapa gading been our family place to eat when we go to mkg for 1 year. But until three times finally we call the manager because dani keep serving us. And the manager understand if we don't want to dani serving our order. And other staff in cashier try to Denial and told us if he like to joke around the guest Lmao. 15k per plate of 1-2 pieces of sushi. Most of the good ones are not on the sushi bar, you must order and wait for about 15 mins. Beef roll, cheese roll, salmon roll are all great. Sushis were mostly full of rice & crispy fillings. Salmon skin was so-so. I also ordered chuka idako for 45k and got it chopped into small pieces instead of leaving it in its full form. I mean they’re baby octopuses, why would you need to chop it?! Other restaurants don’t do that!

However, the service was great. Even when the waitresses may not be as attentive, the cook in the sushi bar would notify them to come to us so that was nice!
