Do not go here!! Not at all 5 star, maybe 2 stars at most. Paying at least 1.600.000 rupiah or 100 euro is totally not worth it! Shame on this hotel!! What went wrong?RoomCons1. Instead of asking a person in front of me to be courted to their third check in, it was me that was guided instead, while the other people were waiting longer then me. Also the staff member that came to help me should have anticipated the situation already for time period and possible camera view of the length of the line, before these long queues started to exist. I checked in around 15:20.If it was up to me i would fire the head manager, do an entire room check up, fire or re-train all kitchen staff, replace food heaters that are broken or function badly and get at least a decent chef. Even a normal indo mom with no food education could cook better then this. The love for the food, service or customer is just not there. Even name plates for the food items were wrong in multiple spots. Read moreMy husband and I came from overseas and chose this hotel because the reviews on Agoda sounded good. We spent two nights here, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
The room was clean, but the shower was broken water sprayed everywhere from the shower hose. We also requested a room with a nice view, but instead received one facing an apartment, where people could easily see inside. The bottled drinking water in the room was spoiled; we’re not sure why they still provided it.
Breakfast was very disappointing it felt cheap and poorly prepared. The pastries were hard, as if they had been sitting out for several days. The sausage and salad were of low quality; the salad consisted only of dry lettuce, cucumber, paprika, and cabbage. There were only three kinds of fruit (papaya, watermelon, and melon), and the juices were not freshly squeezed. We tried the mung bean porridge, but the coconut milk was heavily diluted with water, making it taste bland. Because of that, my husband and I only had breakfast once, on the first day.
The location is also not very convenient. To reach the main road, we had to walk about 20 minutes. There are many street food stalls around the hotel, but we didn’t feel comfortable eating there due to hygiene concerns most food wasn’t covered, and traffic pollution was constant in the area.
One time, we booked a GrabCar and asked the driver to wait for us for about five minutes. Four security guards saw us talking to him. My husband went back to the room to get our passports while I waited in the lobby. When we came out, the driver had left and texted me that the security guards told him to leave. When we asked the guards about it, they said GrabCars weren’t allowed to park there, even for a short time. However, we noticed two Bluebird taxis waiting outside the whole time for other guests.

Check in to the property was smooth. I had the Executive Room with King Bed and the size was decent. Importantly, a Balcony is part of this room. I had requested for a city view and was obliged with that request.
Rooms have enough charging points and there is USB cable charging too.
Breakfast was complimentary / included as part of my tariff. Not a great Breakfast though. Fruits - 2 varieties, couple of soups, Nasi Goreng (couple of varieties, but mostly with meat / egg), Bread and Croissant, Mix vegetable, Potato dish, Sausage, Fresh juice, Milkshake, Yoghurt and Egg options. However if you are. Vegetarian, very few options. I had requested for Frying thebrice along with some vegetables and spices and they turned down the request. However after much of persuasion, they accepted that and helped me that Dish for all the 3 days.
There is no restaurant available here. However, room service is available till 9.
Swimming pool - in fact quite large one, is available on the 7th floor. Not too many seats / chairs around it for relaxing. One thing they should strictly do is to ensure that the entry into the Pool is only after having a shower. (Which is not diligently done now)
