Read moreI have been a loyal customer of Fore for a decade. In my opinion, the quality of coffee offered by Fore to customers is very consistent and perfect. However, there was a disappointing moment when I visited this outlet on Friday, November 22, 2024 at around 17:30 or more or less close to 18:00.
I ordered Butterscotch Sea Salt Latte and Beef Mentai Sandwich. I was very disappointed with the sandwich because it turned out that the meat was not fresh at all and gave off an unpleasant smell. I even threw away the meat and ended up eating only the bread but it tasted the same, both the bread and the meat were not in a good condition.
Hopefully, Fore's internal team at the Benhil branch can follow up on what went wrong with the quality of the food they served and not repeat it...
Read moreKecewa banget kali ini sama Fore, tanggal 30 beli Fore lewat aps, di aps tidak diinfo kalo cabang Benhil lagi overload, makanya saya ttp pesan.. tp pas sampai di cab Benhil antrian sangat ramai sekali, saya tanya ke Barista perempuan kaa kira kira selesai kapan ya? Dia bilang 1-2 jam kaa.. kaa lama sekali, klo saya cancel bisa ga? Dia bilang tidak bisa.. lalu saya tanya, ko di aplikasi ga ada pemberitahuan yaa kalo cabang lg banyak antrian, dia bilang: biasanya ada ko kaa diinfo, padahal ga ada sama sekali pemberitahuan tersebut di aps.. saya yg beli cuma 1 kopi dan memang niat take away aja karna cabang Benhil memang sejalan dengan keperluan saya, makanya sy pesan di Benhil, tapi apakah worth it? Harus nunggu 1 hingga 2 jam hanya untuk 1 buah kopi aja? Sedangkan saya ada keperluan lain. Akhirnya saya relain 33k saya dan kopinya, mungkin di aps seharusnya ada menu cancel jika memang pesanan belum dibuat, beda dengan pesanan yang sudah dibuat ya ga boleh di Cancel. Kalo spert ini customer yang dirugikan. Mana complaint lewat DM IG dan WA ga ada tanggapan. Percuma ada nomor CS. Daaan saya iseng cek aplikasinya. Pesan jam 11 siang tetapi hingga jam 13.24 pesanan belum selesai juga, artinya apa? 2 jam setengah hanya untuk 1 kopi yang saya beli normal 33k.. apakah worth it?...
