Sari Room Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

I booked for my team 5 nights on 28 February-4 March at this hotel. Then when my team came to this hotel, the view from the hotel room window was of a place that might have been their place to eat or something like it was being destroyed. so the view you see is very uncomfortable. we want to cancel but they don't want to take responsibility, even our call when I want to talk to the hotel’s staff, they don't want to accept it. so we immediately checked out, but the hotel also didn't check out until the end date. Very bad experience with 900k wasted money just because they didn't recommend another view room, or refund the money. because when we asked for a return we hadn't even slept there. I swear i really never come back...

if u need for a night, it's okay. but for more than a night? u better think about it. yes, the price is affordable but i dont think it's worth it, since the room has lots of dust on the bed that madr my skin itchy, the room smells like dust too. i think they didnt chage the bodywash for long time, the texture and the color of it looks weird. thank God, i brought my own bodywash. the TV is not working, the AC is not working too, and there's a black mold in the corner of my room. but, the service is good, they're kind and sweet. the food...

You'll find this little place in the busy Jl. Pratama, but once you in your room you don't notice it. It's a budget hotel, clean room, good shower and there is a TV and free Wifi as well.|Prices include a nice breakfast and the owner and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you.
