My second experience being here and I must say a lot has been improved even though they may be minute details. This place is where you will want "clean" massages with a clean, comfortable and cosy environment without the hotel pricing. Everything including communication via Internet or WhatsApp was wonderfully and efficiently communicated. Booking made through their website was a breeze. What's best is they provide pickup within Nusa Dua area so just inform them of your preferred massage time and they'll arrange for transport usually 30min before. We were also well received at the entrance, introduced the large variety of scented oil and of course you have the flexibility to change what you ordered if find something better on the menu. Massage in the rooms are well designed but for the ones I seemed to encounter is always brightly lit, so I'm not sure if they have darker rooms if this is a problem for some. Nevertheless they'll cover your eyes when you're lying face up. My masseuse seemed really experienced and I can only presume she's capable of giving a stronger massage if I so desired, but I fell asleep almost 30min into the session so it was very comfortable for me. There's also shower facilities in the room if one would prefer to have a quick wash down before or after, but I think most would prefer to keep the oil after. Reflexology is done in another room with large single sofas, and I fell asleep in that too! The area is very clean and open with nice plants in the middle to provide some screening privacy from others but I only encountered 1 other patron during my time there. Once the massages are over, you'll be led to a adjoining place, which is a café restaurant just beside to have some nice ginger tea and biscuits. This seemed to be new since I didn't have this last year (2017). Overall this place is what I would describe as a safe, and quality massage similar to what you can get in hotels but without the price tag. There are many massage places in Nusa Dua alone but this would be my choice for top massage without funny intentions....
