Rhadana is a rather ordinary 4 stars hotel in Kuta. It location is between the airport and the busy Kuta center, so it is perfect for people who about to finish your trip in Bali and want someplace to rest before going to the airport. The staffs were friendly and helpful, although some of them might need a little smile training. When we arrive and sit down at the cafe in front (which is part of the main hall of the hotel) the waitress/staff seem rather annoyed by our present. By the way, the cafe was OK, reasonable price, food is OK, drink is a let down but it is OK in general. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the restroom was pristine. Wifi is pretty compare to Bali standard. It has a gym on the top floor and it was, well, lacking in the equipments department. The pool on the back of the hotel is pretty but it give out a rather odd smell after it rain. The breakfast buffet is rather uncreative with two kinds of rice, vegetables, a potato's dish, a chicken dish, stir-fried noodle, bacon and ham, bread, fruit and dessert. I wish they would spice up and do something different with the morning menu because after 2 days, I no longer have the curious and expectations for breakfast. All and all, rhadana, in my impression, is a hotel that did not do much. It was, by no mean, a bad hotel. It is actually a decent one For people who want to get some rest before the end of vacation, this hotel is the perfect place for you. Read moreI am a business traveller, I have done some of my business lately in Bali and around 10-20 days a month and I stay in several places especially in Kuta, Ubud and Seminyak.
After a long flight and trip I decided to try this hotel It was quite disappointing.
I booked a double bed and they gave me a twin bed room. I don't touch anything and back to ask the front office about the bedroom type that I already requested before booking the room clearly but last night I asked nicely but the lady without any apologies said with not really hospitality behaviour say that all the double bed room is full and there is no more room available.
I have no more energy to cancel and find another hotel after a long flight, so I decided to stay.
I have a meeting with my client around the hotel and this morning I asked for an Iron to my room and it takes 2 hours til I get the Iron and you know what? There was rubber dirt stuck to the hot iron that was given to me and it ruined my shirt. I can't use it anymore, can you imagine what I felt after it?
As a business owner, I know that it is just because of certain people in the company that they are not really concerned about their job. If the management is not concerned about this situation I guess you guys are just waiting for the owner to collapse.
In conclusion, I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back to this hotel.
