Room and Vespa 1 — Hotel in Kuta

I love room & vespa and stay with them regularly |First time staying at 1. Got to stay standards have really slipped. |Upon entry dead orchid in the reception area. Rubbish bin and cleaning materials not a great site to enter. Don’t think the blinds in my room had been opened for awhile a lot of dust. No soap in the bathroom had to ask for some.|There is no one around ever to assist. |When I went around to 4 they where all sitting out the front not doing anything! How about you go back to 1 and clean and have a presence at the hotel. |Cigarette butts all on the floor, drink bottle tops in hall. pool dirty had to clean it myself each time before getting in. Pool cushions never put out and dirty. Never cleaned leaves off. Room wasn’t serviced no water replacement. View from room had a bag of garbage. |All things that could be fixed with care and a manager being across it. It gives the basic necessities, a nice comfy bed, showers that work, air condition, and a pool. The staff is accommodating too. The decor is nice and so I guess those points deserve some stars. ||I would guess that during its heyday, it was a great place to be staying because the location is great. Unfortunately, the years may have not been so kind, as the room seemed unkept and quite dirty. ||The walls had water marks and some lizard poop. The towel hook was hanging out if the bathroom wall, and the picture frame matting was moldy, to say the least. The toilet bowl had black as in black stains and the corner of the bathrooms don’t seem like anyone is looking at it, more so, cleaning it. I actually will probably not stay here again...

Stop thinking, book now! I stayed in 3 places during my stay in bali and this is the BEST one ever. It's literally a hidden gem you kinda have to go inside a small alley where a car can barely fit in, but it is in the heart of seminyak, exactly behind seminyak village, walking distance to motel mexicola and lafavela. Best thing about this place is the amazing staffs who always ask if we want the room to be cleaned or not everyday, the international electrical sockets (very much appreciated), spacious room with beautiful art on the wall and around the room, big bathroom with just perfect water pressure, its quiet we barely heard any noise from the place itself or from outside. WILL DEFINITELLY COME...
