I ordered to go ciabatta and black croissant and both tasted great tho the process took around 15 minutes (the wait was okay). But the iced latte was what disappointed me the most. It was one of the worst coffee i have ever tasted because it tasted like watery mineral water. I cant taste even a tiny bit of coffee or milk. Maybe the hot espresso shots was poured directly over the ice cubes and not the milk that made the glass so watery (i drank it right away). The cafe interior was cramped (which is fine, i dont mind a cozy cafe) but it didnt reflect the fancy brand that i know it is in the Jakarta branches. The wooden table had marks and stains, the seats in the back near the coffee machine and kitchen was uncomfortable since the staff placed a a stack of trays on the customer’s long table, and the upper loft area looked like a dark and dirty storage area that made it look not well maintained. To be completely honest, the current state of the place made it feel like more of a warung than an actual french cafe. The pastries was great but everything else can use an...

Read moreCute little bakery cafe, over the road from Seminyak Village (side of Seminyak Square). I've just had a very nice capuccino and a slice of wonderful gluten-free almond cake. The cake is lovely and moist, with a little bit of a light crunch to the outer. Tasted lovely and can't tell it's gluten free at all. Amongst the many other nice looking normal items, they also had available some very nice looking gluten-free apple tart/pie (a very chunky slice, dense with apple filling) and a tasty looking gluten-free strawberry cheesecake. No gluten free breads though, sadly. The cake is 28,000 idr and the coffees are 20 - 30,000 idr. The decor design is very pleasant contemporary rustic/urban style, with seating both indoors and outside at the front. Good place to sit and chat for a break or watch people go by, or work n surf. Free WiFi available....
