The rooms were extremely small with 2 cases and cramped, with inadequate space to move around. The proximity of the hotel to the diving training grounds and their associated partners made the entire area overly congested and noisy from morning till night.

Unsanitary Pool and Crowded Facilities: The so-called “for customer” pool was used by anyone who visited the hotel, whether they were there for diving, dining, or just having a drink. Towels are provided 15000rp per person. This led to the pool being crowded and dirty every day, filled with debris and garbage. It was far from the clean and relaxing environment you would expect from a hotel pool.

Poor Customer Service: If you encounter any issues at this hotel, don't expect them to be resolved. The staff's approach was to avoid, delay, and dismiss any problems raised.
