Shipwreck Point Inn — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

The host booked my trip to gili and told me it was 350,000 with a stop at Lombok and 400,000 more for direct. I was to pay him ahead of time for the ticket. He dropped me off, but once I got there, the company said they do not direct, none of the companies do on the island. He totally ripped me off 50,000. Not impressed. Not all the rooms have air conditioning, and the brakes on the motor bike we rented was terrible. Very dangerous. The other Moro bike required many kick starts. The bed was big and location was close to the beach atleast... very disappointed...

This place is surprisingly very close to the beach and many good restaurants. You may hear some scooters passing by at night but it did not bother me.

I spent comfortably 2 weeks here in a fan room. The weather during that time was chill at night and in early morning. There was no hot water in the room I stayed. You might want to ask the staff before making a booking.

We made the mistake of booking the standard room, which doesn’t have air conditioning. Once we switched to the superior room for only 45 K extra, we loved the place. The king-sized bed was one of the most comfortable of our trip. We were able to rent a scooter from the owner for 120 K for 2 days, and he helped us out by suggesting places to visit.
