ATTENTION, the worst pizza - four cheeses I ate. The dough was not salty at all. As if they totally forgot to add it. Moreover, the cheeses simply had no taste. They only had structure, nothing more. I ate and felt nothing. I even tried to take out those characteristic pieces of blue cheese and eat them, but still nothing. Zero taste. You really have to try hard to ruin a pizza like that.

But the worst thing about it all was the behavior of the owner, who unfortunately came to ask how we liked the pizza. I said it was just bad. So he asked where we were from and unnecessarily insulted our nationality, saying that we probably have different pizza in Poland than in Italy. It so happens that I only eat four cheeses, I have been to Italy many times, I have eaten 4 cheeses many times because it is my favorite, And I've never had such a bad pizza. He didn't apologize, he didn't ask me what I liked, he just started criticizing me.

Moreover, the pizza was very expensive, and 10 or 15% tax was added. Which made it the most expensive pizza we ate in Indonesia.

I do not recommend this experience to anyone.

I went to this restaurant for dinner because it was recommanded from friends. I had the lambs shops that were excellent and I recommand this dish if you pass by.

However I believe a lot of things could be improved. First of all the sides my friend received were not complying with what he ordered (pepper sauce instead of mushroom sauce, fries instead of mashed potatoes). He did not complain about that but since the order had been confirmed before sending to the kitchen I do not believe this is profesional.

Then service is quite slow in general and one of the plate arrived about 20 min after the other dishes. The personnel apologized for it but still not convenient because we were all already finished eating.

Regarding the desserts we had 2 tiramisu that were good but still slightly frozen inside. And the ice cream was really average with taste of water.

Finally regarding the price, I can understand a high quality food means more expensive price but after 1 month in Indonesia, I have never paid that much (415 000 for main dish, 1 glass of wine and 1 ice cream). When the price is that high, I believe not only the food must be good but also all the rest, which was not the case.

I was really looking forward to a good meal, but it turned out to be a big disappointment.

The staff told us the pizza was sold out, so we ordered what was available. Later, we saw people who arrived after us still getting pizzas — it felt so unfair.

The food took about an hour to arrive. I’ve never had to wait that long in any other restaurant. Even though someone (maybe the owner) apologized, it didn’t fix the experience.

The next disappointment was the food itself. The ravioli with tomato sauce was extremely salty — I had to add chili oil on top just to mask the saltiness. The carbonara pasta tasted weird as well.

This wasn’t my first time eating Italian food, in Italian restaurant.
