Seriously you must try a coffee from Surya Coffee Shop, as they are the best coffee that I have experienced in all of Bali and better than Melbourne/Sydney coffee shops. I walked in on a whim early in the morning before heading out with Lembongan Dive centre for the day. Upon walking in I was greeted enthusiastically by Surya and his friendly team. Needing the energy for the day I ordered just an espresso, which was promptly served. The espresso had the right amount of crema showing, smelt delicious and the taste was just pure coffee perfection. The coffee gets the 3 stars because it was simply great. The food and service however, was not. I ordered a plain pancake with scrambled eggs. The eggs were cold when they were served. The pancake was undercooked, so I asked for it to be edible. He went to the kitchen and tried to recook the same undercooked pancake and brought it back to the table, still undercooked. I told him to just bring a new pancake that was actually cooked. After 15 minutes, he brought an extremely thin crepe and said nothing. Then expected me to pay for the normal pancake. The best coffee on the island for sure!!!!! I tried the standard coffee, cappuccino, latte and a mocha chino. All were delicious, made fresh and were decorated in a manor that pits a smile on your face. I had breakfast a few morning before diving and really enjoyed the taste.

I also stayed in one of the rooms while I was diving across the street with Legend Diving. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the AC worked perfectly to keep the room cool on hotter days.
