Ju'Blu Hotel — Hotel in Pulau Bali

After searching for so many resort and villas in Lovina Beach Area, North Bali, we decided to choose Ju' Blu' because from the picture in booking.com, they look nice. We drive from south Bali to North Bali through Bedugul lake area and we got stucked very bad because of traffic. Google said that we need 3,5 hours to reach Lovina area from Kuta area, but the fact was, we spent 7,5 hours driving.||When we arrived at the resort, and the staff (only one person), welcoming us with exceptional hospitality. We all very fatigue but he serving us very patiently. ||when we look around, suddenly our fatigue dissapeared..||The place was very nice. Very comfort. And when we entered our room, waw..., the room was veery comfort, clean and big. ||We slept very well.||The bathroom was also nice with standing shower.||The resort have 1 villa with 2 bedroom upstairs and living room also kitchen in the first floor. Also they have another 4 room (2 in second floor and 2 in ground floor with outdoor bathroom). We take all their room and also their villa for our family so we felt like we rent the whole villa. The resort also have a pool as a public area, but since we rent their whole room, then the pool felt like ours.||In the morning, another staff came out. 2 staff that served us breakfast. And 1 staff that cleaning the pool and the yard.||They're very polite.||They served breakfast with 3 options, coffe or tea, fresh fruit and omelete, pancake or bread. We taste all of them. And the taste was good.||The lack of this resort was only 2.||1. the resort have veery small park area. The parking area only fit for 1 car only. We came with 3 cars, so the other 2 was park outside the resort.||2. the resort have minus trash can.||||Over all, we're very enjoying our stay in Ju' Blu' Hotel.||We're very recommending this hotel for others, because the room price was not expensive, but we got a...

We are staying in the villa and it has been a disappointing stay. In my opinion, the villa is not accurately described because it's 2 storey with both bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, no toilet downstairs. This villa is not suitable for anyone who can't climb stairs. The wifi is terrible, there is no excuse for that these days, we could get great wifi in the warung down the road, so it is available but management doesn't want to pay. The mattress in the main bedroom is rock hard, may as well be sleeping on the floor and one thin pillow per person wss provided. Aircon in both bedrooms barely works and there aren't any ceiling fans. The upstairs area and bathroom is very hot. The shower has poor water pressure & the square shower head is too big. Luggage rack in the rooms for suitcases and drying rack for swimwear aren't provided. Staff are very nice when you see them, which is only in the morning around breakfast time.

We stayed in the main villa, which has only just been released to book. Firstly the pool was great, best part. The main villa has both rooms upstairs, which wasn't detailed in the listing. The air-conditioning in the rooms hardly worked, using the pedal stand fan helped but it was still hot at night. The mattress in the main bed room was a rock and we both couldn't sleep on it. The second bedroom which we moved to had soft sponge mattresses, which was like sleeping at a school camp. There were no window coverings down stairs or in the upstairs shared area, which made the villa very hot. The 3 nights we stayed the staff didn't clean our villa at all, Breakfast was very limited ,two items. We went out every morning. The internet was very poor, the local cafes had much better and faster internet. I got the feeling that the owner wasn't interested in fixing these issues or improving the facilities.
