Lilin Lovina Beach Hotel — Hotel in Pulau Bali

The place to be at Lovina Beach... especially when you go dolphin spotting This is my 1st time staying a beach front villa in Bali...and it was amazing. 2 words come to my mind - Cosy and laid back. The town of Lovina is simply an amazing place for quiet time...quite a world apart from the busy Kuta area. The best things at this hotel is the small scale and compactness, and it's proximity to the beach is just fabulous. You could simply walk bare foot from your villa porch to the beach and back. Service is reasonable (though can be a slow...our welcome drink glasses were not even collected the following day..till we requested for it to be removed.) The room is cosy and really nice. But there is no wardrobe ...but plenty of hanging slots for your clothes. This the 1st time I experienced a hotel room that comes with a 19L water dispenser! drink all you want :) The aircon can be a little a noisy but you drift in to sleep fast ..so no issue. the water dispenser machine should be shut off though ..as the noise come from it too. The water pressure is bit 'laggy'...meaning when you switch from hot to cold and vice versa ...it takes a bit of time... come night fall, switch on the electric mozzies repellent before you head out for dinner. So when you back..you are not affected by them. TV and video player etc are available upon request. As guests have preferred TV not be in the room. You decide what you want :) Breakfast is not buffet style but is delicious and sufficient (danish, omelette, fruits, coffee and tea)....very nicely prepared. There is the free transport to Lovina central for meals by the resort driver , Don. Very nice man. And very helpful lady , Madi, at the reception area. WiFi strength in the room is not good...rather weak...but sufficient for social media update, pic upload, etc. For dolphin trips..your boatman can simply pick you up right from the resort beach front..also the snorkeling trips :) Will I stay here...

Lovely place! We really enjoyed our 3 days stay at this hotel. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, AC & fridge were really cold, water heater also works well. Breakfast was so-so but enough to make us full (didn’t even expect to get a breakfast given the price of our room, so any breakfast at all is already good).

The place is really worth every penny we spent! At this price we got a beach front room, with all the facilities mentioned above and our own private plunge pool.

They also helped arrange a dolphin viewing & snorkeling trip for us at a reasonable price. We got to see the dolphins with a beautiful sunrise in the background & snorkeled around Taman Laut. We also went to Aling2 Waterfall which was 20 minutes car drive from the hotel and did jumps & water slide. Thank you for making our stay super memorable & homey! We’d love to come back...
