Start with things I appreciate: the location is perfect (at the heart of the city), the Bellboy and staff are helpful (but can be better, prevent rather than fixing), and the shower has a sufficient stream of water.
Let's talk about what went wrong: Can't get an early check-in, even 30 minutes earlier (newly established hotel with same stars will try to fulfill, I could get 1 hour earlier check-in) Book a non-smoking room but I got a room that has a strong smoking odor. They said it is a non-smoking floor, but I don't care. All I know I got the opposite room type than what I ordered. They offer treatment but it's too late considering they can't fulfill early check-in and I'm in a rush to catch up on my meeting. Initially, we could not get 2nd card for the substituted room, but later they gave it (please be consistent or communicate better) Around 10 PM, we went back to the hotel after dinner, but we could not enter our room. It turned out the door lock ran out of battery (so unfortunate). The new room also has a slight smoke odor, but it is still tolerable (we don't have any energy to complain anymore) AC is not as cold as other hotels with the same stars. The bed was not as expected (single bed queen size), what we got seems like double beds merged together (you can feel the gap between beds). The pillow, bed cover, and towel color are not bright clean white. Breakfast, is not bad but has a limited variant Parking slots are limited, the exit lane has too tight u-turn, and valet service needs to respect the car owner's setting (my AC was turned off and the air circulation is open) The toilet is outside the lobby area and is too hot Check-out time is not consistent, I asked the staff at reception the night before check-out. They said 12:30 PM is the limit. On the day of check-out they called to remind 12 PM is the limit.

Why, the deluxe room, AC not cold at all, they move to other room that a little better, for drink they provide free flow water in the hallway.
Next I upgrade to Suite room, this one is better, they provided bathtub and some mineral water in a bottle, glass bottles so they still maintain the go green concept, provide jug as well like normal room the free flow drink.
This room is more spacious with sofa, however only one room for each floor, but this room is more comfy. The AC is bigger and cooler.
The swimming pool in the rooftop, a bit scary since i found some cable with the lamp that laying around in the pool. I assume the lamp was fall of from the side of the pool into the bottom, however the cable that laying around from the wall to the bottom of the pool is a bit scary, what if the cable is damage and the electrical flow in the pool, this will really scary, hope they fix this cable issue in the pool.
Gym also on the roof, so far it is enough for like 5 people doing exercise, more than that I suggest come by...
