Kimukatsu DP Mall Semarang — Restaurant in Semarang

I have a really BAD EXPERIENCE in this place, please note the restaurant only fill with less than 50% capacity and which where we came there’s few guests came after us, the waiter said 15 minutes but after waiting for more than that, and the guests that came after us already got their orders, I’m asking about mine, and they haven’t prepare at all..and when I said cancel, the managers ask me to pay in full, I said I only want to pay what we drink which is only Water, ocha and lemon tea, and finally I paid only the drinks.

What a really bad services from the waiters, from what I experienced before in others restaurant, the waiters always check of our order whether already served or not, and if it’s not served They will rush the kitchen for it.

Note: this is the first Kimukatsu restaurant that I’ve experienced bad services, I went to Grand Indonesia Jakarta, PIM 3 Jakarta, all doing very well and nice,...

Bad service, unlike their sister company, yakinikulike and pepper lunch, the staff is not delivering the complete tnc bout the promo. I used my boga loyalty at pepperlunch and yakinikulike and have no issue, but the condition different at kimukatsu. They weren't saying that bday promo cant be combine with existing promotion, how could that be? They should mentioning jt before i ordered menu. Disapponted situation and won't use my loyalty boga app here ever again,...

Taste good! I ordered Chicken Cheese Katsu Set, the cheese is melty and the saltiness is perfect! You could customize by yourself for the dipping sauce, everything is prepared on the table including the step by steps. Price ranging from around 9k-30k for appetizers, and 40~ for main dishes. Drink starts from 12k. Estimated for 2 persons ( 2 Chicken main dish, 4 appetizers, 2 ocha ) is around 200k....
