No parking they have a small parking , but the parking is for the buildings around , the dining room is perfect and the staff there are wonderful and friendly only in the dining room, the rooms are really small the management is very poor, the staff's treatment of guests needs to be rectified , i think Management should be changed and courses should be given to employees on how to deal with guests and control their anger. Training is useful for better service, especially the manager who insulted a person and described him as stupid in front of a group of tourists, when he objected to the lack of parking in the hotel..

Bloody mattresses left in the hallway for days, flies coming out of the ceilings, nasty front desk workers and management, disgusting meals with hair, crusted tissues in the drawer, and dangerous sharp metal racks in the ceiling. This place is an absolute den of disgust. TERRIBLE for those that observe Shabbat. If you do not get a key before Shabbat they will not give it to you because they say there is danger of the workers breaking into the room (according to the front desk worker). This place is terrible. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Great location, the service was ok, the breakfast was ok, rooms are ok. We are a group of 35 people and asked to have the pool open an extra hour because we did not come back on time with our guided tour. This was not possible, and on our second day was only open from 10:00 to 14:00. Which is very short. We stayed for two days, walking into the centre was very quick.

One of the worst costumer service I ever encountered. Room was dirty. Hair in bathroom, on bed, blood stains on sheets and cold water at shower. Took forever to check in. Breakfast poor and old fashioned, not a single fresh fruit. When I returned from breakfast at 09:30 to my room I found they threw away all my belongings to the trash (!??!!!!), Meaning my clothes, scarf, toothpaste &brush, chocolates and cookies I bought. When I faced the cleaner he was mocking me and laughing, saying it's not a big deal... Check out is at 11 and I only went for breakfast. They bought me a new toothpaste, and offered free lunch and to stay in the room until 15, which was impossible for me to stay. When I checked out they asked me to pay extra taxes although I was never asked before. I know for a fact that even if a costumer leaves and forget something in the room, they are supposed to keep the stuff and attempt to contact him. Mocking, bullying staff, extremely impolite, agressive and rude. u would recommend to take a hostel and eat a good breakfast at another hotel, and keep the change. Worst money ever spent. The most unpleasant attitude I ever faced in any hotel anywhere around the world. Rude and discriminating....

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !! |Very poor quality. An outdated hotel with completely unmaintained rooms. Not clean at all – we found hair on the floor from a previous guest, and the place was full of dust. The area around the hotel (entrance and parking lot) is filthy and neglected. The photos speak for themselves. Absolutely not worth the outrageous price of 720 NIS per night!|We booked two nights and arrived around 10:00 PM after a long drive from the north. After checking in, we were given a room on the 6th floor, and we were shocked by how run-down it was – dirty curtains, thick dust, very outdated, dirty, and poorly lit.|The next morning, we asked to switch rooms and were moved to another room on the 7th floor.|The air conditioner barely worked. It was hot, and worst of all – there was a cigarette smell coming out of the AC, and we simply couldn’t sleep all night because of the stench. I woke up with a terrible headache in the morning. We smell of cigarettes, as if we’d spent the night in a bar, not in a hotel room. I haven't suffered like this in a hotel for a long time. Extremely poor maintenance. Definitely not worth the price. Youth hostels are maintained to a...

On arrival at the hotel all we wanted was a cold shower and rest but unfortunately we discovered that the shower head was broken and we had to wait until replacement arrived. But this was not the last of serious malfunctions, breakfasts were disappointing, mildly stated, with food and drinks that couldn’t be identified. Also we discovered to our surprise that the swimming pool will be closed all day long. The biggest disappointment we experienced was the day we left th hotel, we woke up, my wife and our son early to enjoy the swimming pool which was supposed to open at 10. We showed up at the appointed time, but the pool door was locked, after waiting a few minutes I went to our room and called the reception and was told that "the guy is probably in the toilet and will arrive shortly" ... After waiting 15 min’ I personally went down to the lobby and brought it to the attention of the hotel staff but was treated in a derogatory way by the staff. Beyond the humiliation, disappointment and waste of time we were also dismissed by the hotel staff. Save yourself the heartbreak and find a different hotel to stay in while...
