We went for lunch yesterday for 5 - really enjoyed it. Business lunch special meant lots of different salads, which were mostly quite good were included. Skewers (chicken thighs, kababs) were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Pitas were fresh and lightly grilled - dangerous. One guest found the tomato based soup too thin. Another thought the Jerusalem mixed grill was far too oniony. But the service was friendly and attentive, the cost was moderate (especially because of the business special) and the portions were quite large. Both my soup and my husband's soup were barely lukewarm. He had thought he would get the usual hamusta large kubbeh. Instead he got 3 miniature kubbeh with some kind of boring generic filling. The soup was indifferent and non traditional. We ordered an eggplant starter.
