I had a truly wonderful Shabbat stay at Jewel Hotel. The hospitality exceeded all expectations. When a small issue arose, Anat handled it with incredible speed, professionalism, and warmth. Her calm and graceful approach turned a potentially stressful moment into a reminder of how much this hotel values its guests. You can really feel that she cares—her presence made a big difference in our experience.

Kira was also fantastic during check-out—efficient, kind, and attentive.

הזמנו תשעה חדרים לסוף שבוע של קבוצת נשים. בעת ההזמנה הסברנו בבירור שאנחנו שומרות שבת, ונאמר לנו שנוכל להביא אוכל משלנו, נקבל מקום לחימום ושאר הצרכים יסופקו. אכן, מבחינה לוגיסטית קיבלנו את מה שהובטח לנו.
