Burgerhouse — Restaurant in Brindisi

We suppose to wait 10 min, after 20 we were told it'll be another 5 as they only wait for fries to be ready. After another 10 min fries were undercooked and pale. Burger was not hot either. Staff was very rude and unbothered. One of the employees was actually on the phone while working the frier. In 20 min we waited none of the 2 working girls said sorry or told us how much longer it would be. We were THE ONLY customers and it was 30 min after opening the place. 2 stars only because burger was edible, that's it, not great, nothing special....

Usually i don't leave reviews bc i can't be bothered but this place deserves it. It has it all. Really good pricing, really good serving sizes and really tasty burgers. They are big, well prepared, with great flavor and just enough sauce. Service is fast and friendly. The only downside i can find is the lack of cushioning on metal chairs in front of the restaurant. Bottom line if you like burgers, and you like them cheap you will...

Lasciare una stella è pure troppo ma il sito non mi permette di pubblicare senza essa, sono allibita dalla maleducazione del personale alla domanda: state chiudendo ? Una delle cameriere con aria molto scortese ci ha detto di no, dopo qualche qualche secondo la sua collega ci ha detto di si, ma che potevamo consumare tranquillo fuori dal locale. Eravamo in 6 ed eravamo solo noi ci hanno messo un’ora per consegnarci i panini, 5 panini su 6 erano erano completamente carbonizzati, e il sesto panino era sbagliato. Inoltre i tavoli fuori al locale erano completamente sporchi, anche se successivamente sono stati puliti( sotto richiesta) l’hanno fatto in modo molto superficiale. In fine, mentre ancora noi consumavamo, ci hanno chiuso i tendoni sulle nostre teste, chiedendoci con aria pretenziosa di alzarci e andarcene, quando ci avevano detto che potevamo tranquillamente consumare...
