The entire hotel team are professionals and supportive. Specially Katy, who handled our stay from A-Z making sure our vacation goes smoothly.|Plus the Spa experience is really nice, and makes you sense and feel the calmness of the nature and its aroma of flavors and fragrance.|Not to forget our last day checking-out very early in the morning from the Hotel, where Katy made sure to give us our breakfast package for each on the road back to airport. ||What I would advise the property to do is: |1. Ski room should have a washing space for the boots & skies before putting them in the lockers to maintain cleanliness of the area.|2. Our first time in Livigno and this hotel made our trip extra special!

Brilliant Hotel - we stayed here for 2 weeks and our experience was amazing. Very pleasant staff from reception to the waiters to the cleaners. Decent rooms and daily cleaning service as well as excellent Spa and Sauna facilities. Breakfast is brilliant with all the waiters being very polite and special thanks to the omelette and crepe chef! :)

Cathy at reception made our stay extra pleasant and was very warm and helpful throughout our stay - she is an asset to your team! :)

Only downside was no iron in the room but we managed but other than that everything was excellent!

Non un semplice Hotel ma un Diamante incastonato nelle Alpi Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare una settimana al Baita Montana... Non è semplice riassumere i molteplici punto di forza di questo Hotel e per questo non sarò breve Partiamo dalla posizione : vista mozzafiato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e che per questo regala un'ambiente più intimo e riservato fuori dal via vai delle più rumorose passeggiate Suite Spa ampie , ottimamente arredate e completate da tutti i servizi descritti , l' ampiezza della cabina armadio permette di vivere gli spazi in pieno ordine , la sauna e il terrazzo regalano momenti di vero relax , ottima la pulizia e il riassetto giornaliero delle camere Il centro benessere ampio , completo , pulitissimo e mai affollato contribuisce a donare pieno beneficio al corpo e alla mente Nei servizi inclusi uno dei must è quello delle escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di questo paradiso con il Maestro Patrick un grande professionista sempre attento sotto ogni punto di vista , compreso quello umano al suo gruppo di escursionisti aspiranti stambecchi Che dire poi della cucina capitanata dallo chef Mauro, un'orchestra che dalla colazione alla cena regala grandi sapori e meravigliosi abbinamenti completati da una grande cantina di vini , un' orchestra che fa più del possibile per soddisfare quei piccoli vizi che tutti abbiamo quando siamo in vacanza . Il servizio al ristorante è attento, veloce ma allo stesso tempo ti permette di gustare con massima serenità e calma ogni piatto ed ogni calice di vino , come non sottolineare qui il grande Simone che ci ha accompagnati per l'intera settimana con professionalità e simpatia captando ogni nostro bisogno, una coccola continua ma mai invadente La gestione degli ospiti è riservata alla Regina dell'accoglienza, la signora Santelli, gentilissima, attenta e sempre disponibile Per creare una squadra è una realtà a questi livelli non basta la bravura, ci vuole arte e qui c'è ..
