JYSK — Hotel in Ferrara

I ordered a dining room table online to have delivered to our home just right up the street from the store. We waited weeks for delivery. When it finally came, they only delivered the table top and chairs. The legs were not in the order. We called to find out when the legs would arrive. They did not know when. We offered to pick up the legs in store and they did not have in stock. They told us they would check other locations and never called us back. Then they emailed a tracking number to us that did not work. They never told us when the legs for the table would be delivered. Since they did not tell us when it would arrive to our home, we missed the delivery. This has been an over a month process just to get a dining room table. Now I will have to pick it up at a post office location. I will NEVER do delivery with JYSK again. Terrible timing and terrible...

Easy to find (once you know it exists) and to park. We discovered Jysk through a web search for a mattress cover, and I was favourably surprised when I went to the store for checkout and pickup: it is a nice store with all sort of household items, worth visiting to discover what they offer. Payment was a little slow as there was only one staff member at the checkout counter, but the warehouse pickup was fast...

Sono una signora avanti con gli anni, il giorno 28 gennaio, mi sono recata al negozio Jysk di Ferrara e ho notato uno sgabello moto carino, dopo una mia richiesta di acquisto mi veniva consegnato un pacco contenente lo sgabello da montare. Io non sono in grado di farlo e quindi ho chiesto alla commessa di darmi quello esposto, dopo un attimo la commessa Alice si è resa disponibile a consegnarmelo il giorno dopo montato.
