The hotel has 3 stars and a lot of effort has been put into surpassing its category.|The location is excellent, 2 km from the center, in the immediate vicinity of a large shopping center. Parking is provided and included in the price, and in a short time you can reach a large public parking lot next to the historic city center.|The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioner works flawlessly. È sempre difficile dare una valutazione corretta, ho letto anche altre recensioni per confrontare le varie valutazioni con la mia esperienza e devo dire che ci sono molti fattori che giocano in favore o a sfavore. Ho pernottato due notti con la mia famiglia, in tutto siamo cinque persone. Ho chiesto la suite doppia con due bagni e sei posti letto come descritto sul loro sito web ma mi è stato risposto che non avevano quel tipo di camera e così ho dovuto accettare una camera da quattro posti letto ed adattarmi. La camera era una suite da 150€ a notte con due letti singoli ed un matrimoniale che in pratica era un divano letto. Apparentemente la pulizia sembrava impeccabile mapoi ho trovato fianco del materasso un paio di mutande da uomo lasciate da qualcuno in precedenza. La stanza essendo una suite era abbastanza grande, dotata di frigobar (con solo due bottigliette di acqua) e di cassaforte con combinazione all'interno dell'armadio che peraltro per la tipologia di camera è insufficiente, ci stanno a mala pena i vestiti di due persone e c'erano solo tre appendini. Per tutto il resto voglio dare la colpa al periodo dell'anno infatti era Gennaio e forse eravamo fuori stagione infatti il giardino, il parco, il parcheggio erano in stato di abbandono, il buffet della colazione era abbondante ma niente di speciale. Non ho potuto apprezzare il ristorante in quanto aperto solo la sera e chiuso durante il weekend. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile e tutto sommato bisogna ricordare che anche se sembra un quattro stelle, di fatto è classificato come tre stelle. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di avere il WiFi gratuito ma abbiamo riscontrato carenza di prese elettriche per collegare i vari caricatori di cellulari tablet e computer. Ci sono altri aspetti che non mi piacciono come i corridoi stretti e le uscite di sicurezza poco visibili ma in definitiva il giudizio non può essere che positivo e per questo ho dato...
