Hotel San Pietro Palace — Hotel in Finale Ligure

Insulted by a manager. ||||I'm.a foreigner and we were leaving Finale, and left the car to load the luggage at the space which appeared to be Hotel spot, which wasn't blocked. Or anyhow marked it was hotel’s parking. It had red line, which I assumed was a loading areA. ||||A manager came out shouting insulting calling me names, which I found absolutely shocking and outrageous. ||Other two senior gentlemen who work at the hotel came out and nicely asked the car to be loved which was down within the next few minutes.||||Heads up to the owners of the hotel unstable people who are insulting and swearing to their potential guests, or even people who made a mistake by leaving the car for a few min by mistake must be banned from working in hospitality. ||I hope the directory takes actions towards the employee and will hire adequate staff. ||||Disgusted and will not recommend this hotel to absolutely any of the friends and neither will stay there ever myself.||||Was ready to call the police for insult, and only for the respect towards the eldery 2 gentlemen who were...

We stayed one week in the beautiful hotel san Pietro palace and we totally enjoyed the vacations and the hotel and its friendly staff very much. very nice double room suite with marvelous balconies. The staff was always friendly and helpful. the speak several languages. There is nothing to complain about. nice clean rooms, bike garage, very close to the sea and piazza. Perfect if you do not want to use your car. there is everything around the hotel that you need. we like to thank the entire staff of the Hotel San Pietro Palace. Grazie mille...

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It is right across from the beautiful beach. The breakfast buffet was simply delicious. We were very comfortable in our room. They washed our laundry, and even ironed it. The service was punctual, caring and polite. One recommendation would be to have the ability to use your key card to enter the hotel after hours as we returned quite late due to the wedding we were attending and the main door was locked. That being said, the security of the hotel is top notch. I would go back...
