Street Art Inn Florence — Hotel in Florence

One big problem we faced in this place was the constant loud noise from outside especially the trains which woke us up at nights starting from 4, 5 am. Not even ear plug helped as it was very loud. Rather than that, the owner was very friendly and willing to help us by providing us information about everything. The check in was very smooth following the instructions given. The rooms are artistically designed which was very interesting. The bathroom was clean. However, there were no fridge in the rooms which is pity given it is very hot in florence. Overall good experience not considering the outside noise. I think good sound isolation would help guests experience more...

THIEVES!!!||I am very angry. We made a reservation directly from the website of "the hotel".||We made a first payment the day of the reservation and 2 days later the hotel use my credit card to make a second payment!||I sent them a couple of emails with the proof of the double invoicing, I contacted them by phone.||In the first time, they told me that they are going to solve the problem and then they stopped answering.||They do not answer my emails.||So they are stoling people money like if it was normal.||Be carefull if you make a reservation with them.||There are a lot of bed and breakfast/hotel in Florence, I recommend you to do it...
