Great shop, great leather jackets, shoes, belts, wallets and of course bags! And even better - great persons working here! I was already excited 5 years ago when I bought here a bag, shoes and a belt and now it was the same adorable experience. My bag had an open stitch after 5 years of everyday (!!!) using so I brought it to the shop. And because of the lifetime warranty they give it was no problem to repair it in the factory, so my old bag is great again. But of course I needed something new after 5 years ;-) so I bought one more - a smaller bag this time. It was not in the color I wanted available in the shop, so it was ordered and arrived just some days later, so I could pick up both bags at the same time. All the time I had great and friendly communication with Daiga from the shop, she kept me informed (because I was a bit worried if the bags will be both back until we leave Italy) and did everything to make me happy :-) Thank you so much for this great shopping and service experience, I will for sure return next time and will highly...

Quality, value, and an amazing product.

Our experience at the Benheart location in Lucca was truly incredible. We arrived late on a Saturday, but Daiga was more than happy to receive us and show the leather jackets available - even to get the correct size from the storage past closing time. We then went on our way to come back the next day and actually getting a jacket. The next day, Daiga and Francesco received us, and in true Italian fashion, offered a cafe/ esspresso, and all the fashion knowledge and advice to get the right jacket and fit! - needles to say, we went out with our jackets, a great experience, and a nice story to share from our trip in Lucca!!

Recensire un negozio dovrebbe equivalere a come quando si fà una foto ovvero riportare un'istantanea di quel momento senza alterare il fatto. Ebbene se questa é la premessa devo dire, a onor del vero, che sono entrato al BenHeart Lucca perché casualmente passeggiando davanti alla vetrina, non ho potuto fare a meno di notare l'Addetta alle Vendite, in quanto Oggettivamente una Bellissima Ragazza. Così dopo aver guardato meglio la vetrina sono entrato. Sono stato accolto da un sorriso di quelli veri non solo mirato a mostrare i denti. Ora fermarsi al solo aspetto fisico della ragazza, se non ricordo male di nome Daiga, sarebbe riduttivo e offensivo per lei e per lo Store. Si perché questa ragazza con una naturalezza disarmante ha dapprima lasciato che mi giardassi intorno senza assillarmi e poi, con poche domande mirate, ha iniziato a farmi vedere una serie di articoli e tutti perfettamente in linea con le miei esigenze. Confesso che non conoscevo prima di allora minimamente il Brand e devo dire che i capi sono davvero eccezionali. Le giacche sono una seconda pelle comode belle e assolutamente di trand, e, una volta indossate per provarle, impossibile non acquistarle perché si differenziano da tuttte le altre giache dozzinali e uguali l'una con le altre mentre quì c'é una forte differenziazione. Le Cinture é un sacrilegio coprirle perché davvero molto belle. Stivaletti e braccialetti incantevoli, originali e davvero ben realizzati. Anche se ho avuto una sola esperienza d'acquisto in questo negozio mi sento già fidelizzato perché pienamente soddisfatto e ne parlo ad amici e parenti. Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio, di andare a visitare questo negozio perché davvero unico. In merito a Daiga invece, posso dire che rappresenta la chiara e netta distinzione fra una "dipendente" e una risorsa in quanto in grado di esaltare un già di per sé meraviglioso articolo.
