Tramonto sul mare — Hotel in Lungòni/Santa Teresa Gallura

This is a good bed and breakfast if you are just looking for a clean place to stay. |It is well conserved, very clean and at first view, you consider it very comfortable. |You get nice treats when you get there: a a bottle of wine and chips. |Breakfast is also nice. It is not at same place, but just a 2 min walk, you get there. Dont have many options but it is fine and tasteful.||B&B is close to the beach, but this is only good if you are not staying during summer time. |In summer time, you need to book (and pay) to stay at the beach, which is ok if someone tells you and maybe, in advance, you can book some rare ticket for it as most of space is already taken reserved by closest hotel and boat tours “white shark”. ||This was my first problem because I planned a long stay so I could really relax, walk and no worries but no one told me that I need to book to go to the beach and I was only able to find a ticket 4 days after I got here. (I was oriented to stay on the rocks next to the beach but it is very uncomfortable and no sunshades)||And second, and the reason I will never return, is the noise. |Not from outside, as soundproof windows work, but from inside. You can hear everything that other guests do: toilet, shower, talking to each other, loud tv, loud music, slamming doors and loud snoring (and yes, other thing too!)|Lack of onsite management, no signs or any other rule available, so guests think they can do whatever they want, as if they are in their own house and not a shared space.|For me, resting is the most important part of vacations and I didnt get any. So, I had to cut my vacations short in order to get some rest. |I informed the management through whatsapp on what was happening but only message I got was “ nothing can be done related to human behaviour”. I think the opposite as I am paying to stay so I have the right to rest and demand some respect from others that are sharing the space. But no one took accountability on the property, so best to leave...

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at Tramonto Sul Mare. The B & B is in a great location close to Rena Bianca Beach and a two minute walk to the centre. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunsets. The room was immaculately clean and on arrival there was a bottle of wine, a beach bag and some nibbles which was a thoughtful touch. The room was cleaned daily. It had everything we needed. There were beach mats and umbrellas which you could take to the beach. Breakfast was at the Mona Lisa just one minute away where there was a lovely choice of food to choose from in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.
