Residence le Saline Marsala — Hotel in Marsala

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Le Saline. We stayed 21 days. Upon arrival, we were immediately upgraded to a large 2 bedroom ocean view apartment because we were not visiting Marsala during peak tourist season (our trip was from March 21 - April 12). Our breakfast was delicious and brought to our door every morning by the charming Nellie always greeting us with a smile and warm greetings. The Residence is in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and bakery and the old city center and to the ocean. ||The facilities were very clean and safe with the added plus of an enclosed courtyard to park our rental car. We paid before arrival via booking.com, anyway the heating was still closed. Very cold temperature, 14C. The owner showed us where to turn on it and left. Very heavy air inside, opened the window, outside very anoying smell from sulfur factory nearby, so not possible to get fresh air. I noticed dust layer on the table and other forniture. We tried to contact owner back, nobody answered the phone. Reception downstairs was closed. So we decided to leave. I send a text message and he call back. Останавливались в апартаментах на две ночи. В принципе всё понравилось, были только мелкие нарекания. Wi-Fi ловил в основном только на кухне, не было заявленной стиральной машинки (от нее остался только шланг в стене) и кровати были не слишком удобными. Но это простые недорогие апартаменты, поэтому предъявлять высокие требования было бы неправильно :) Хозяйка очень приветливая, все показала, рассказала (как смогла, потому что английский знает очень и очень плохо). Машину припарковали на территории апартаментов, за забором, так что можно сказать, что есть личная парковка.||Был вид на море (даже из ванной, в которой открывается окно), хотя до центра города идти около 15 минут.||Если приезжаете на пару дней и хотите снять простые недорогие апартаменты - это очень...
