I booked this place weeks in advance relying on the misleading reviews of this hotel on this website. Upon arrival in reception we were met by the owner. Sounds of loud intercourse could be heard from one of the rooms as we stood in reception. This was at 3:30 pm , so we could only imagine what it would’ve been like during the night. The owner did not even acknowledge these noises, even though it was clear she heard them. My girlfriend felt extremely uncomfortable as the person who was cleaning the rooms kept staring her down every time he came out to change cleaning products. The room was tiny and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the other rooms … including a man shouting on his phone for twenty minutes. After less than an hour in the “hotel” we decided to leave, as we both felt extremely uncomfortable. We knew this was definitely not a place we wanted to be staying in during the night. The owner still tried to charge us city tax even though we had not even stayed more than an hour in the hotel. She was very rude and wouldn’t accept the fact we were leaving. Read moreMy husband and I have never experienced such great hospitality as in this hotel. We arrived late at night yet the friendly Angela at the front desk was so extremely helpful and friendly. She explained to us exactly on the map where we can park for free. There was also a sweet prepared tablet with water and oranges 😍. We went out again to get something to eat, and she had made us a tea when we came back. I've never met such a warm, friendly person like Angela. The hygiene and the comfort were great, in my opinion the hotel not only deserves 1 star but at least 3. Even when my husband and I argued in the morning, I expected to receive a warning. But Angela only came to comfort us and to give marriage tips, which really seemed very familiar. I got a very special promotion price for this hotel in booking.com.The owner try to verify my credit card on friday evening at my local time, unfortunately my CC was failed to proccess . They notify me to react within the 24 hours , but that was my friday night and weekend holiday and i didnt notice it. so they CANCEL my booking before the few days of my stay. The most disappointment here is why they are doing such activity during the weekend? I can only see how intolerable of the hotel owner. This also makes me doubt that they trying to make people less aware of the cancellation and they can save the money instead of giving the promotion price. If you are sincere enough, you should re activate the booking, when booking.com people call for asking the request. You rejected the request....
