Magnifica costruzione e intelligente citazione architettonica di : Herzog e De Meuron della casa milanese di ringhiera: corpo di fabbrica regolare, tetto a capanna, favolose le fughe delle finestre che simulano le tegole del tetto. Cosa altro avrebbero dovuto citare a Milano due che sono sempre attenti alle "radici" del genius loci? È molto più coerente questa costruzione che non il grattacielo di César Pelli con la sua Unicredit Tower che anche se mi piace abbastanza non ha coerenza alcuna con la "breve storia del grattacielo milanese" che inizia con il "grattacielo" di Porta Venezia di cui parla Alberto Savinio, prosegue con quello di San Babila, la Torre Velasca e il Pirelli di Giò Ponti (come si vede una storia tutta razionalista nella quale quella mezzaluna di vetro di Pelli non c'entra gan ché).
