Hotel Azzurra — Hotel in Montecatini Terme

The hotel was ok. That's it. We stayed for 2 nights. Our trip was very exhausting so after we crashed at the hotel I was relieved. Soon that relieve left me. The rooms are very old and bit weird. Lot of noise from other rooms. It was cold there, they had a heating unit but i guess it just didn't work. Experience betwwen all the rooms we had booked was very different. Some didn't have a hairdryer and others didn't have a fridge and some had no blankets. When we asked we got what we wanted mostly. That's why i rate the service as 3 star. The rooms were a a bit lacking for even comfort so a 2 star it is. Cannot speak much on the location, as we traveled by bus so i left a neutral 3 star. I don't have photos unfortunately because I was in my room with 3 friends, that reminds me that the key to the bathroom was missing. With the 4 of us there, there was a lack of electrical outlets. Wifi was another story because we had connection on our floor, but in the upper floors they couldn't connect. The best part was the internet was slow and came in waves. Boa qualidade para o preço que se paga em pleno agosto. Isso sim a amabilidade do dono não tem preço e só essa já vale o valor que se paga. Peço desculpa e sei que nos disseste o teu nome mas esqueci-me. Chegamos muito tarde, muito fora de horas de check in e ele nos esperou, sempre disposto a ajudar-nos a dar-nos informações. E para fazer o check out, fomos tomar o pequeno almoço tarde e depois atrasamo-nos uma vez mais, e ele a unica que resposta que tinha para nós...

Camera singola molto spartana. Lenzuola pulite e ordinate. Asciugamani morbidi e puliti. Pulizia stanza e bagno ottima. Wi-Fi ottimo. Finestra con serratura per accedere a terrazzo ampio dove si trova un tavolo e sedie. A questo terrazzo si può accedere anche da una porta finestra sul corridoio. Televisore. Tavolino con sedia. Materasso scomodo, direi a molle. Bagno in camera. Finestra bagno a vasistas. Doccia senza box con chiusura con tenda. Telefono doccia...
