The Restaurant: The on-site restaurant is easily top-tier dining in Cinque Terre. Don’t let the “hotel restaurant” label fool you — this is a serious culinary experience. I went for the tasting menu with wine pairing and it exceeded expectations:

Sardine Trio: Delicious start, with the stuffed sardine standing out as crisp on the outside and creamy inside.

Seafood Crudités: Salmon, amberjack, and a massive local oyster — all fresh, with the amberjack as the star.

Risotto: Creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

Tuna Steak: Pine nut–crusted, crisp outside and tender within, with excellent flavor balance.

Lemon Sorbet: Bright, citrusy, and refreshing — a perfect finale.

The wine pairings were thoughtful and complemented each course beautifully. Service throughout dinner was attentive, friendly, and polished, striking just the right balance of professional yet approachable.

Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and served with genuine warmth. The restaurant was above average, though with so many fantastic dining options down in town, it’s fun to explore.|And let me tell you, the bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable I had in Italy — and I’m a high-maintenance sleeper! I slept so well every night, which made our stay even more relaxing.|The shuttle service was another highlight — after an evening of dinner and drinks in town, the friendly drivers were always happy to pick us up at the bottom and bring us back up the hill.
