Outstanding tour from start to finish. We went out in August of 2018. The communication from Brenda was excellent- detailed and straight-forward. A change had to be made a couple of days before due to an issue with water taxis. But we ended up getting a longer time on the water instead of going into a town for lunch. This meant more time for swimming in some fantastic coves that Alessandro and Linda brought us to. They were both so welcoming and happy to share their knowledge of the Cinque Terre. This is the perfect way to experience the Cinque Terre from a different perspective. Plenty of delicious snacks to satisfy our vegetarian crowd and plenty of drinks for the adults and kids. Do Not Book This Tour - Many Better Options Than This
I scheduled a month in advanced for their evening tour. They couldn’t accommodate to my initial day so pushed me to the last day of my visit. I show up to the boat tour location and see no boat, and send the owner a text. I’m told that the tour was cancelled TWO HOURS EARLIER and that I should’ve checked my email (despite them emailing me the night before saying the boat tour was good to go!). I couldn’t book any other tours as it was too late and left the beautiful region without ever getting on a boat, all thanks to this wonderful team.

On a day where there were many many boats on the water, our boat tour was canceled one hour before. Not in the morning, but an hour before our sunset boat tour so we were not able to make additional plans and our evening was ruined. The reason was choppy water but there were many boats out. In terms of the choppy water, I can tell you that even a beginner could have sailed in them. Terrible experience of unprofessionalism, the person probably just did not feel like giving a tour that night and canceled. Would highly recommend using another company. Terrible just terrible.
