It was bad experience for me with my family. We booked 4 nights but We didn’t like the hotel in general so I informed the receptionist Bruno that we didn’t want to stay after an hour we paid in the same day. He said he would wait for the manager to ask refund then I went back to the room ( it was ok in 24 hours to refund remaining 3 days as per the policy of Booking.com) then second day I asked him what happened he said you leave the hotel he would speak to manager again, so the Manager was still not there. So we had to leave the hotel by getting only a receipt as a proof that we stayed only one night. Then I realized that He could inform us to cancel by my myself on the app on the first day. However we newly used the app so I didn’t know that.I think Bruno knew the policy well that if we stayed 24 hours then it couldn’t be refunded anyway the remaining 3 days. To me this was not a professional approach of him that he let us wasted 24 hours to lose money. Where do i start..... Arrived and checked in okay although the receptionist didnt seem to care at all.
Place is basically a building site, i dont know if its getting refurbished (better just to knock it down) or just rin down. Shouldn't have guest staying in these rooms if there building work next door. See pictures of corridor
Wifi wasnt working at all and when i explained to reception all they said was there computer was working okay. I had no mobile signal in my room so essentially was unreachable and was here on business so didn't help.
The restaurant has a sushi restaurant 🤢🤮 that played loud music that stopped me sleeping until it closed as rooms are right above.
Breakfast was appalling, bread rolls were rock hard, ham was clearly from a tin and badly chopped.
When i decided to order a takeaway for lunch the receptionist stopped me and said i couldn't take my food to the room 😡😲
Lasted one of my 4 nights there and ill be leaving after i finish my pizza and review.

Read moreWill never repeat this experience ever again at puteoli hotel… to start with the receptionist was not very helpful at receiving us… we book the hotel a week before… we arrived and when we checked in they told us that the room wasn’t ready and there needed to wait until the room was cleaned… the room was not very clean the toilet was very dirty in bad state… breakfast it’s from 7:00 am up to 10:00 that if you will be there at 9:45 basically you will find hardly anything to eat there… the things you find for breakfast are very poor had not many options there only few eggs some toasted bread very small amount of fruit and that was it.. I also would like to mention the owners that are around at all the time with really bad attitude never smile it really intimidating makes feel very uncomfortable clients and also the stuff who’s working there… this hotel not really deserve another...
