Overall, the -1/lower level suite was fair place to stay for its value.
It's about 10 mins from the metro, plus there's a supermarket and lots of food along Via Ostiense.
The place is quite old: room was barely ventilated so when we came in, it smelled very musty and damp. The AC was on but what the place needed was air. That said, the AC is nice and cool though.
The suite housed the odd (as in occasional) worn furniture and was a bit rundown-looking in some spots.
The suite lighting was a little dim but manageable.
Not a fan of seeing the broom and mop out in the open in the bathroom.
Simple things weren't available (e.g. was looking for the salt and pepper, none around) but there is cookware and plates/cutlery, and the place is generally furnished well.

Had no bed linens for all the beds. Overall the apartment was far far away from the pictures and reviews had on the booking.
